75-minute modern yoga exercise!

Join us for a 75-minute modern yoga exercise, transitioning between postures while balancing on a paddleboard on the water. If you’re new to yoga or SUP, our certified instructors will work with you to get you in a comfortable place to try the exercise. If you’re experienced in yoga, try this new challenge on water to work muscles you aren’t used to. You will be breathing in fresh air with every pose you do and when you open your eyes, you can appreciate the beautiful scenery surrounding you.
Includes board, paddle, and life jacket rental during class. At least 3 registered participants are required to host this class. In the event of low registration, we will contact you and offer alternative arrangements or the ability to cancel with a full refund.
