Paddling alone is a killer workout, but when you combine paddling, progressive technique, on-land exercises and a healthy dose of consistency, the results are amazing (all while having a blast!) Join this 75-minute, energy-filled PaddleFIT class where you will split your time between on-land exercise and on-the-water paddle sprints to work those core muscles and get a great workout! This workout is like no other you’ve experienced. We can’t wait to see you out there!
Includes board, paddle, and life jacket rental during class. At least 3 registered participants are required to host this class. In the event of low registration, we will contact you and offer alternative arrangements or the ability to cancel with a full refund.
