We have an easy-to-use website that makes it effortless to find your desired rental, tour, or lesson and compare different options to know you’re choosing the right one for you. We’ve personally vetted each provider on the platform to ensure the highest quality experience for our guests. All of our experiences are an instant book, so there’s no need to stress about not having your equipment ready on the day you want it.
No, we do not charge any additional fee for booking.
At venture.rent, each rental shop/tour provider that we work with has their own cancellation policy. Depending on which experience you booked, the policy will be different. We recommend contacting the rental shop directly to get details on their cancellation policy. You can also contact us at admin@venture.rent if you have any questions.
The rental shop has their own process for handling damaged rental equipment. By booking through our platform, we do not play a role in recovering the cost from equipment being damaged, or for the injury of any person who is renting equipment through our site.
Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email from the rental shop that you booked from with details on your booking. Please email us at admin@venture.rent if you have questions/concerns about your booking.
